Franciscan-Irvington Family Medicine

Indianapolis, IN

The Irvington community, partnered with a local developer, saw an opportunity to create a distinct landmark by strengthening the neighborhood through fresh development. The resulting product offers a clean, contemporary design that is both of its time and representative of the people’s commitment to the neighborhood of Irvington. Through community participation and engagement rooted in innovation, sustainability, brownfield redevelopment and contextual connection, the campus integration of a new tax credit, 50-unit Irvington Lofts with Franciscan-Irvington Family Medicine, ultimately become a catalyst in creating a unique solution for which Irvington strives for: a sense of place.
